[00:00:15] Speaker A: Hey, what's up, you guys? Michael, straight here with the proper form podcast. So I'm super excited to be here myself here in front of the camera, but even more of the star of the show is a good buddy, friend and neighbor, actually. Michael, child behind, really helping set up this beautiful space for us to do this in. So with the proper form podcast, there's a lot that has gone into the thought behind this, wanting to create and cultivate a space where we can have conversation, we can be open, we can be honest, we can share entrepreneurial journeys, we can share a lot of our.
[00:00:52] Speaker B: Successes, a lot of our failures, which.
[00:00:54] Speaker A: We learn more from those, unfortunately, and fortunately, depending on how you look at it.
[00:00:59] Speaker B: But then also we can share journeys.
[00:01:01] Speaker A: Of our health, our lifestyles, the fitness kind of regimen that we might be on.
Really just a space that we feel comfortable in to connect with more. So obviously you guys as the audience, but also with one another, the people that are in this room. So I wanted to share with you.
[00:01:19] Speaker B: Guys actually a couple definitions of proper.
[00:01:23] Speaker A: Inform, kind of how this has come together, where we came up with this name, and a little bit more of that. So without further ado, some really cool definitions for proper is actually in a british context as an adjective, it says to truly what something is said or regarding to be. In regards to genuine. I really like that. Another one is suitable or appropriate definition of form. And a noun version is visible shape or configuration of something, a particular way in which a thing exists or appears, a manifestation. Thought that was really cool.
Another one here for the definition of form is bringing together. This is in a verb context, bringing together parts or combined to create something, another version of that. And a verb is to make or fashion into a certain shape or form. So I really, really liked those and how they kind of came together. And if we kind of created more of an action or a forward thinking version for proper form, I think of us properly forming a space here during this podcast, during this time, to create again, that authentic conversation, to hear people where they started and where they're going. It's so easy for us, as we see people's successes, to maybe just assume.
[00:02:54] Speaker B: Consciously or subconsciously that they got there.
[00:02:57] Speaker A: Really by maybe the snap of a finger. But there's so many people that I get to interact with on a daily basis where I hear their stories of where they've came from, from literally like a trailer park, or working 14 hours all day mowing lawns, or someone that started from a garage and is now having multiple locations and really seeing successful and success as we kind of get through this, this time together on this podcast, success isn't going to always be financial. Success is going to look different for everyone that could be more so in time with their families, that could be doing more things that they love as seeing the world, going on adventures, traveling with loved ones.
It could be reaching new health milestones that you never thought you would be capable of reaching, but really looking forward to creating times here on the proper form podcast for us to connect with one another and really dive deeper into our stories. And I'm really excited for you guys to join along with us. So if you can subscribe, like share these, share the excitement, share our excitement. If you have interest and maybe even coming on and being a part of a guest on the show, I would love to discuss that with you and really just listen to what we have to say and what we have to just bring about and really look forward to collaborating and connecting with you guys through here and seeing what we can come up with and just seeing where this goes. It's a brick by brick, step by step mentality. On our LLT training page, we actually just posted the reel about habit stacking and just how habits over time. It's just stacking in that analogy and that visual of the brick by brick. A building does not happen overnight. It happens one break at a time, laying everything on layer by layer. And that's exactly what we're going to do here with this podcast. We're going to start with one episode, we're going to go to two, we're going to go to four. We're just going to consistently try to put some stuff out there for you guys to hopefully enjoy, come alongside of and be a part of and learn something, grow in yourself and really just be encouraged. So stick along with us as we properly form conversation and collaboration. Thanks.
